We Have Been in the Drone Industry Since Before Most People Knew It Was an Industry.
Global Air U is the training, advisory, and AI arm of Global Air Holdings. Founded by Eno Umoh in Houston, TX. Operating globally since 2015. Everything we teach, we have done.
Eno Umoh
Founder & President, Global Air U
“I started calling myself the McKinsey of the drone industry. That was the ambition from the beginning. Take serious strategy, apply it to a real industry, and do it at the highest level possible.”
Eno Umoh, Founder, Global Air UEno Umoh has been in the drone industry since 2015. He started as an operator, transitioned into training and education, built a global advisory practice, and became one of the few people in the world who has operated meaningfully across the drone markets of North America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
He has trained over 18,000 students. He has advised drone programs for governments, enterprise organizations, and growth-stage companies. He has sat in the rooms where the deals happen across four continents. That experience is not theoretical. It shows up in every program, every advisory engagement, and every AI system EQUALIZ(R) installs.
He founded EQUALIZ(R) after two years of testing AI systems inside drone businesses. The conclusion was direct: the operators who will win the next decade are not the ones with the best equipment. They are the ones with the better system. Building that system is the work he does now.
Humble Beginnings. Real Work. No Shortcuts.
We got into the drone industry in 2015 when commercial drone use was virtually uncharted. There were no external investors to back us. No industry mentors to call. No proven playbook to follow. We navigated entirely on our own: bootstrapping, showing up, and figuring it out in real time while the market was being built underneath our feet.
What carried us through was not capital. It was the work itself. Every client engagement, every market we entered, every failure we absorbed taught us something the industry had not documented yet. We were learning and building at the same time. Slowly, that became the advantage.
We built a platform for learning and development in an industry on the brink of tremendous growth. And then we took it global.
18,000 Students. 20 Countries. One Standard.
From Nigeria to the UAE to Turkmenistan to the United States, we have trained over 18,000 drone professionals across 20 countries. Every market taught us something different. What works in East Africa is not always what works in the Middle East. What enterprise clients in the U.S. need is not what municipal operators in Lagos need. We learned all of it.
That global exposure is not a footnote in our story. It is the foundation of everything we build for clients now. When we advise on market entry, we have been in that market. When we talk about what drone businesses struggle with, we have heard it in four continents. That context does not come from a textbook.
Two Years Deep in AI. Now We Bring It to You.
After years in the drone industry, we started going deep into AI. Not as a trend to follow. As a real answer to a problem we kept seeing: drone business owners spending enormous amounts of time on work that AI should be handling. Proposals written from scratch every time. Reports built manually after every project. Emails drafted and redrafted. Follow-ups forgotten. The work was swallowing the business.
We spent two years building and testing AI systems inside real drone businesses. Not in a lab. Not in a demo. In the actual day-to-day operations of operators with real clients, real deadlines, and real pressure to perform. We figured out what works, what does not, and why most drone operators are still using AI in a way that barely moves the needle.
EQUALIZ(R) is the result of that work. It is not a course we built to sell. It is the system we built to use, packaged so that any serious drone or autonomy professional can install it in their own business and run it independently.

Global Air U operates under Global Air Holdings, the parent company founded by Eno Umoh. Global Air Holdings houses GAU, the Africa Drone Forum, and Global Air Enterprise, each operating in its own lane while sharing the same foundation: a decade of on-the-ground experience in the global drone and autonomy industry.
Training, AI systems, and advisory for drone professionals worldwide.
The leading convening platform for the African drone industry.
Enterprise advisory and market entry for organizations at scale.
Every system inside EQUALIZ(R) was built inside a real drone business first. We do not teach tools we have not tested. We do not advise on strategies we have not tried.
Generic advice is everywhere in this industry. What is rare is someone who knows the specific market, the specific workflow, and the specific problem you are trying to solve. That specificity is what we bring.
One good prompt does not build a business. One good agent does not either. What builds a business is a documented system that compounds over time. That is what we install.
